  • Winter 2017 Activities

    Want to get a full body composition done?We have a state of the art body composition machine, the InBody! This quick, 15 second, inbody test will measure your fat, muscle, and water levels in less than a minute. No dunking. No pinching. No discomfort. Simply stand on the device and hold the hand electrodes to test. To schedule a time, contacttracyn@clackamas.edu

    Monthly cooking classes with Trio Hospitality.  The next one is January 11 from 3pm-4pm in the Trio Cafe where you can learn how to make Scratch Made Dressings and Sauces.  Cost is $10 per person.  Friends and significant others welcome.  RSVP to tracyn@clackamas.edu.

    Monthly 10 minute chair massage from My Path Wellness.  Each month, staff can sign up for a 10 minute chair massage to help loosen tight muscles and relieve stress.  Contact tracyn@clackamas.edu for specific dates and times.

    OEBB online workshop:  A new year, a new approach. There's no better time to make changes to your lifestyle, habits, and perspective. Fortunately, you don't have to do it alone.  Now you can join a small group of people living with a long-term health condition in a completely internet-based workshop to help you live a happier and healthier life.  Signup for a January workshop today.     • Friday Road Bike Ride! Join fellow staff and faculty on a road bike ride! Meet at 11:30 by the Tri Met Bus turnaround, back by 1:30. Ride in all weather except snow/ice, or lightning!

    • Monday: 9:00am - 8:00pm
    • Tuesday: 9:00am - 8:00pm
    • Then CLOSED through the break!  The Fitness Center will reopen January 9.
