Payment Due Dates

We at CCC have made it easy and convenient for you to find and pay your balance. All communication regarding your bill can be accessed online through your MyClackamas account. CCC does not mail bills or invoices to students.

We offer two options for paying your bill. They are:

  • Pay Now: Payment is due at the time of registration.
  • Pay Later: Any unpaid balance as of the Friday of the sixth week of the term may be assessed a $100 late payment fee. By choosing to pay later, you can enroll in our payment plan and break up your bill into three equal installments to be paid every two weeks. (To qualify for this option, you must be at least 18 years of age, have a balance of at least $101, and cannot have an existing balance from a previous term). For more information about the payment plan, click on the Deferred Payment Plan.

If you fail to pay your balance by the published payment deadline for the term, your account may be assessed a late payment fee of $100 and a hold will be placed on your account that will prevent future registration.

Note: Financial aid recipients are subject to the late payment fee if the balance is not paid in full by the payment deadline for the term. Late fees cannot be deducted from federal financial aid.

Cost of Attendance

CCC must annually set an estimated cost of attendance, which is used in determining financial aid eligibility. The Cost of Attendance is updated annually and includes expenses other than those billed to you by the institution. Adjustments to the standard cost of attendance are rare, but may be requested. Adjustments must be for costs related to the education of the student. Contact the Financial Aid Office for additional information and to discuss the required documentation.
